Pipette Doctor services and calibrates all makes and models of pipettes including: Gilson, Finnpipette, Eppendorf, Nichipet, Oxford, HTL, Socorex and Biohit. We also cover all OEM pipettes such as Jencons Sealpette, the Amersham range and Genex. We service and calibrate all pipette types including Manual, Electronic, Repeat Pipettes, Single and Multichannel.
Pipette Doctor services and calibrates all pipettes to the manufacturers’ specifications for accuracy and precision and our certificates are in accordance with ISO 8655. All our systems are fully traceable to National and International Standards and we can provide copies of all certificates relating to our measuring and environmental systems. Pipette Doctor is ISO9002: 1994 and UKAS accredited(Off-Site) for the service and calibration of all brands of pipettes both on site and at a purpose built environmentally controlled service centre.
We have both 'On-Site' and Workshop service and calibration. Our Field Service Technicians carry a complete portable workshop enabling them to service and calibrate any pipette type or volume on site. To do this our technicians carry a five-place analytical balance for larger volumes and a photometer for volumes down to 0.1ul. Because of this unique on-site service, customers are not inconvenienced by having to send valuable small volume pipettes away and pipette downtime is minimised.
All pipette services and calibrations are tracked with our specialist pipette calibration software. We have a unique database for each customer detailing pipettes serviced, location and date of last calibration. This enables us to be proactive in making sure that your pipettes are always serviced and calibrated within the remit of your QA program. The software also stores all calibration certificates; if one of your certificates goes missing we can supply a duplicate. We will also supply a complete inventory of your pipettes on disk if required.
