Prices are subject to carriage and VAT where applicable.
Payment terms: upon receipt of invoice, unless agreed in writing in advance. All new customer accounts are proforma.
Breakages must be notified to sender immediately on receipt.
Non delivery must be notified to sender within 3 days of invoice date.
All goods remain the property of the vendor until full payment has been received, and the purchaser guarantees free access for removal of goods from said premises
at all times including situations of receivership, liquidation, examinership, and other such circumstances.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Overdue invoices will be subject to 3% interest per month overdue.
