Alpha Technologies is not just a reseller of high technologies, we contribute to their applicability through customisation and the provision of applications and engineering support, software enhancement and customised user interfacing.
Our facilities are located in Larne, Dublin and Cork from which our sales and support personnel give local support throughout the island.
Alpha Technologies grew out of a pre-existing analytical and veterinary laboratory, which provided analytical and consulting services to Irish industry, national and local authorities and veterinary practices.
This culture of quality scientific service fashions our approach to customers to this day.
Alpha Technologies supplies, installs, commissions and provides full on-site customer training and application support. This support continues for the lifetime of the instrument/system whose functionality is enhanced by our contract maintenance and rapid breakdown response.
Our disciplines are grouped into 2 divisions supported by a Technical Service Team. Each division is peopled with experts in their fields. Synergy between the disciplines provides a "total solution" approach to our customers and bespoke projects.
Our support personnel are trained by our suppliers and provide compliance certification and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation as required. As an ISO registered company, quality is a guiding principle in all our procedures.
